2018 GRANTS from Country Arts SA will be open in January 2018

Applications to the Regional Arts Fund (RAF) Round 1 close on March 15th, 2018. This is a great opportunity for artists and arts organizations to kickstart a project in the Barossa region.  Grant applications are online.  Talk to Ali, arts facilitator for Country Arts SA and Regional Development Australia, Barossa, based in Tanunda to help you start 2018 with your creative ideas.

Grants are awarded in three categories.

Step Up

Who is this grant for? artists, organisations and community groups to undertake small cultural projects, or to develop a small project leading to a larger cultural project or for individual artists to undertake professional development opportunities. If you have never applied to Country Arts SA or never undertaken an arts project you are encouraged to apply to this category. More information click here to see 2017 guidelines

Step Out

Who is this grant for? This category is available to support regional, remote and very remote communities and artists to create high quality and diverse arts projects, encourage community engagement and the development of new cultural networks, build sustainable cultural activity and increase professional development and employment opportunities. Skills Development

Who is this grant for? Community groups/organisations to undertake projects in any art form which provide opportunities for skills development through workshops or provide opportunities for the development of project ideas and concepts. More information see 2018 guidelines click here.
