TARA KATE
Tara Kate is an Expressive Artist and personally uses art as a way to process life experiences and often incorporates elements of nature in her work. Tara has a background in Aged Care and is a qualified Art Therapist with her own Art Therapy Practice. Tara Kate Therapeutic Arts is also home to a Collaborative Therapeutic Workshop and Wellbeing Exhibition Space in Williamstown, Barossa Valley. Tara currently works with groups of young people in flexible education settings, people with disabilities, elderly social groups and people who want to work through or towards something in their lives for self healing or personal development. The space is also open for use by like-minded facilitators, who's ideas fit within the wellbeing vision of Tara Kate Therapeutic Arts.
